Have you or your team ever been frustrated with your results and somebody said, “you need to think outside the box”? Your box is your current way of thinking. It is your unique way of seeing the world. It is the reason for your successes and it gives you blind spots. To think outside the box, and get new results, you first need to know your box.

During this one-day workshop Sino-Associates’ BOX certified facilitator Erik Barnes will guide you through the self-exploration and breakthrough thinking of the BOX Experience.

By the end of this training, participants will better understand themselves and each other. They will have a common language around goal setting, breakthrough thinking and how they show up at work and in public.

Each participant in the workshop will receive and experience the latest version of the BOX.

Objectives:

Create awareness of one’s own “box” and how it helps and hinders

Recognize our “public self”, i.e. the part of our BOX we share with others

Explore our “inner self”, the unique ways we have of seeing the world

Achieve critical goals by optimizing strengths and overcoming blind spots

Establish a language for talking about self, goals and breaking through old thinking to bring new results

Key Learning Points:

Awareness: Understanding your public and inner self and what makes you unique

Breakthrough: Identifying specific areas of public and inner self which are the “low hanging fruit” for achieving new results

Confidence: Knowing what makes you succeed as well as what you need to change to go to “the next level” provides focus and motivation
