Objectives:

Engaging teammates in a virtual workplace is an essential skill to ensure your team collaborates effectively, makes good decisions and does great work.

In my interactive virtual open workshop, we’ll look at practical ways to effectively engage individuals and get teams thriving by understanding other’s workplace style, priorities and communication preferences, using Everything DiSCs four behavioral styles tool.
