Employers in China are more concerned than ever with getting their employees engaged in their work. Employers have been looking for ways to ensure their team members know what to do and how to take action to meet their company's goal and mission without having to be micro-managed. The China Employee Engagement Survey looks specifically at what a company and its leaders should be doing to create engaged employees and an organization that will sustain that engagement in the future.
The China Employee Engagement Survey has been collecting information on engagement in China since 2007. This year we are expanding our scope to survey even more companies across the Pearl River Delta and China. Our partners at the European Chamber of Commerce and the German Chamber of Commerce in South China are extending the invitation to their members to join the China EES as an additional service and benchmark for chamber members. With all of the additional attention and participation in this year's EES, participating companies will receive the following services:
• Online access to the EES for all employees
• A two-hour face to face debrief of results for HR and management
• A simple (three demographic fields) report on your company’s engagement scorecard
• A comprehensive report of Engagement across China and the Pearl Rive Delta containing an overview of all data gathered in the last 12 months
With the comprehensive report you will be able to benchmark yourself against data gathered from companies with similar backgrounds. The results helps organization leaders to get an understanding about the following questions:
• Individual Mindset - Do employees DRIVE themselves?
• Transformational Leadership - Do leaders MOTIVATE employees?
• Organizational Culture - Does your culture ENABLE the employees?
The survey is an online survey in both English and Chinese.
Starting from January 2012, we are open for individuals to take the survey. Complete the survey online and receive a copy of annual report in December every year by going to this open link:
