Objective:

This workshop is for trainers who want to improve classroom engagement and add training techniques to expand their toolbox. Over this two-day workshop trainers will look at the strategies and fundamentals to create learning that lasts by accessing four learning styles and creating variety in those style to improve retention. This workshop will focus on practical tools and activities that will help learners make the most of their training experience and help trainers show greater return on training at the end of their learning sessions.
