As new and global challenges arise, leaders are seeing the need to create balanced and inclusive strategies to leverage multicultural talent and resources for future growth. 

During this Intercultural Management Roundtable, participants will gain awareness of global leadership style differences and practical strategies for adapting to different cultures to get better business results.

Best practices will be shared on how to create better access to bridge working styles as well as manage teams and resources across cultures and regions. This is the first part of a four-part roundtable series. In the next three roundtables, we will dive in deeper into the 3A’s of the Sino Associates Global Leadership Model which is designed to enhance leaders’agility in cultural integration through Awareness, Adaptation and Access.

John Dorris

John is the Founder and Chief Cultural Officer of Sino Associates with more than 17 years of training, coaching, and facilitation experience in Asia, including 15 years of leadership development experience in China. John developed thousands of professionals in leadership practices across Asia and North America to develop a shared vision for the future, create alignment and drive engagement.  

His signature Global Leadership course enables leaders to achieve greater business results across regions and cultures using the 3A© framework for building cultural Awareness, Adapting to diverse teams and business perspectives, and creating improved Access to resources and new markets. 

In addition to providing services to corporate clients, John is an adjunct professor for HKU and Duke University on the topics of leadership and coaching.
