Objective:
When a driver loses control of a car due to ice or slippery road conditions, the best option is to ‘steer into the skid’ to regain control and keep moving forward safely and optimally. This requires letting go and accepting the skid as fact.
Accepting change as factual, and ‘steering into the change’ to accept that change and gain control of the momentum and direction for maximum positive benefit for all requires a strong team willing to take on challenges that no one else will or can.
