• How we make decisions and manage projects
• How we structure and communicate our thinking

John Dorris
John Dorris has rich experience in multiple cultural background as he was brought up in a diplomatic household living overseas. He is a US citizen who was born in Singapore and raised in Asia, the US and the Middle East. John studied intercultural solutions in the US and Europe, has lived in nine different countries and is fluent in three languages, English, Mandarin, and Italian.

John has trained thousands of professionals in China and Asia to be more effective in a multi-cultural business environment and multi-cultural teams. He has trained professionals at Siemens, Bayer, P&G, Pepsi, BP, TTI, Apple, Omron,Hershey, Bosch, Lufthansa, as well as spoken at various universities and APEC conferences.

John Dorris 成长于海外外交家庭,拥有多元化的文化背景,对于如何应对跨文化问题,他有丰富的经验。作为一个出生于新加坡的美国人,John先后在亚洲,美国及中东生活过。John曾在美国与欧洲修读跨文化解决方案,还曾在九个不同的城市工作生活过,他能够熟练掌握三种语言---英语,普通话和意大利语。

在亚洲和中国,John曾为上千名专业人士提供培训服务,帮助他们有效地在多样化的商业环境与团队中工作。他服务过的公司包括西门子,拜耳,宝洁,百事,BP,TTI创科集团,苹果,欧姆龙,好时,博世,汉莎航空等。此外,John还是杜克大学和香港大学的客座教授。2013年,他在APEC会议上发表演讲,传授如何应对全球化问题,建立跨文化平衡。
