At the next Guangzhou Intercultural Management Roundtable on Wednesday 4th February we will discuss Effective Intercultural Meetings. We ran the same topic in Shenzhen where the group generated lots of great ideas.We're looking forward to seeing the ideas that come out of the Guangzhou session. In the spirit of the topic we will try out two kinds of meeting facilitation tactics to generate ideas and best practices.
接下来的跨文化管理圆桌聚会将于2月4日（周三）在广州举办。鉴于上次我们在深圳举办的跨文化高效会议取得了良好反响，此次的跨文化圆桌聚会我们会讨论相同主题，期待这次会有更多更好的想法。基于此次主题的精神，我们将尝试两种促进会议的战术来帮助大家创造想法并实现最佳实践效果。

As a senior training professional, Sharon Zhu has trained thousands of professionals in large-scale manufacturing and logistics companies. She has indepth knowledge of human resource skills development with 15 years of experience as a Training and Performance Management Manager for multinational corporations.
Sharon has successfully set up performance management systems, including Balance Score Card (BSC), SMART objectives, individual competencies, as well as providing year-end performance interview skills to line managers. These systems have helped to enhance organization performance in many respects.
Sharon holds a double Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia and an MBA from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) in China. She also obtains certifications in Performance Management, Time Management by Franklin Covey, Train the Trainer (TTT), Genos Emotional Intelligence, Putting People First (PPF), Supervisory Skills Development (SSD), and Increase Your Professional Competitiveness. In addition, Sharon is also an interviewer for MBA student entrance in GDUFS.
