Before Beaulieu International Group, Lucy held position as Vice President Greater China for Li & Fung group (USD 20 billion company) in Supply Chain; she also held position as the Head of Asia for German group Kuehne + Nagel in two Business Units.
Lucy is a regular speaker on the topics of leadership, diversity and supply chain, Lucy is board member of Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and is visiting professor for Dalian Maritime University and past president of Expat Professional Women’s Society (EPWS). She holds MBA, Master in International Economic Law, Bachelor in Engineering and advanced degree in Supply Chain Management.
