This course, packed with real life examples, explores women’s leadership challenges for middle and senior managers from a women’s perspective. Belgian Chinese, Lucy Lei is the Managing Director Asia Pacific and Member of Global Executive Committee for Beaulieu International Group– an European MNC producing raw materials, engineered products and floor solutions with annual turnover of 1.7 billion Euro.Lucy has diverse culture and background in different fields, served over 20 years with MNC, lived & worked in Belgium, Hong Kong, Mexico, Australia and Singapore for over 20 years before returning to Shanghai in 2011.
Before Beaulieu International Group, Lucy held position as Vice President Greater China for Li & Fung group (USD 20 billion company) in Supply Chain; she also held position as the Head of Asia for German group Kuehne + Nagel in two Business Units.
Lucy is a regular speaker on the topics of leadership, diversity and supply chain, Lucy is board member of Benelux Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and is visiting professor for Dalian Maritime University and past president of Expat Professional Women’s Society (EPWS). She holds MBA, Master in International Economic Law, Bachelor in Engineering and advanced degree in Supply Chain Management.
