Guangzhou Intercultural Management Roundtable

Brief Introduction


Objective:

Individuals with high Cultural Intelligence, or CQ, have an integrated view of the world that appreciates both the similarities and differences among people. They have a toolbox of strategies and behaviors to orient themselves when they encounter unfamiliar behaviors and perspectives. This month's Intercultural Management Roundtable will look at four CQ capabilities and how to develop them.
