Objective:
This month’s Intercultural Management Roundtable is focused on cross cultural collaboration with a special simulation, Alpha and Omega. Attendees will experience how to adopt a new culture and find collaboration techniques for working with a culture that is completely different from your own.
Through the progressive stages of the simulations, attendees will figure out how to mix and balance the cultures to create an inclusive and productive environment. The adaptive and inclusive strategies gained from this event can be applied to improve cooperation across cultures in your personal and professional life.
