Each video introduces a separate dimension and how global teams will experience cultural gaps and tips to close those gaps and work better together.

The series features real cases from intercultural work situations and solutions based on best practices used by multinational companies with effective global leaders and teams.

Video description

In this video we will introduce the cultural dimensions of Flat and Hierarchical. These two dimensions impact the way we view successful leaders, and how we prefer to make decisions in a team.

Viewers will pick up tips on how to adapt their communication style to be more respectful and inclusive of different preferences shown in groups that prefer these dimensions.

Finally participants will reflect on how these dimensions contribute to our views on "executional' business cultures and expectations of multicultural teams.
